A liquidation pallet is a bulk lot of merchandise from major US retailers. It can include customer returns, New, overstock, shelf pulls, and seasonal inventory, packed together and sold by the pallet at less than 15% of retail.

Condition varies by lot. Most pallets contain customer returns and overstock sold as-is. Each listing describes the condition and category mix as accurately as we can.

Some lots include a manifest and some are sold unmanifested. The product page tells you which. Unmanifested lots are priced to reflect the extra upside and the extra risk.

Resellers, flea market and bin store owners, online sellers on eBay, Amazon, and Whatnot, plus bargain hunters. You do not need a resale certificate to order.

Yes. Local pickup is available at our Jacksonville, Florida warehouse. Choose pickup at checkout and pay 65% of the full order amount, and we will schedule a pickup date at your convenience at no additional cost.

Yes. We include free freight shipping on orders within the lower 48 states. There are no hidden freight fees.

Pallets ship by us or freight carrier with delivery to a residential or commercial location. A liftgate and Pallet jack is included, so you do not need a loading dock unless it is a truckload.

We ship nationwide across the lower 48. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not covered by free freight. Contact us for a quote on those.

Yes. You receive tracking details once your freight is booked with the carrier.

Yes. Local pickup is available but you will have to choose pick up at checkout and pay 65% of the full amount and a pick up date would be scheduled at your convenience at our Jacksonville, FL warehouse at no additional cost.

A truckload is a full or partial trailer of pallets sold together. It is the largest volume tier we offer, built for serious resellers and bin store operators.

It varies by configuration, typically around 24 to 26 pallets for a full trailer. The listing specifies the count for each load.

Some do and some do not, noted on each load. Manifested truckloads carry a premium for the added transparency.

Truckloads ship by full freight. Reach out and we will confirm freight arrangements and delivery for your address.

Brand pallets are sourced through retailer liquidation channels and sold as received. We do not manufacture, relabel, or alter goods. Items are sold as-is in the condition they arrive.

It varies. Returns may be new with tags, new without tags, or used. Each listing describes the expected condition mix.

Many of our customers resell. You are responsible for following the policies of your chosen resale platform regarding brand and condition.

Liquidation lots are sold as-is by nature. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy for the specifics on damaged or misdelivered freight.
