Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use this site and purchase from us. Orders placed by anyone who does not meet these criteria may be canceled.
Payments
Accepted payment methods include Chime, Zelle, wire transfer, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We do not accept credit cards directly through the site. All orders require payment in full before processing. Partial payments may occasionally be arranged but only if you have contacted us in advance and we have agreed to it in writing.

the exact contents of any pallet,
uniform condition across items,
resale value or your ability to profit from reselling, or
compatibility with any specific reseller channel.
When you place an order, you confirm that you understand the nature of liquidation inventory and accept the risks that come with it.
Shipping and Delivery
All shipments are handled under our Shipping Policy. By ordering, you agree to make yourself available for delivery coordination, provide an accurate address, and accept the freight when it arrives within the agreed window. Issues with delivery. Delays, damage, address corrections. Are handled under the Shipping Policy and the Returns & Refund Policy, not under these general Terms.
Returns and Refunds
All return and refund matters are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing, particularly the 48-hour reporting window and the documentation requirements.
Warranty

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms or out of your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability
