SaveMore Liquidations LLC sells liquidation pallets. Customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, and mixed or unmanifested loads. By their nature, these goods include variability in condition, quantity, and resale value. Placing an order means you understand this and accept it. This policy covers what we will and will not refund or accept back.
You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. The 30-day window is the outer limit, not a guarantee. Eligibility for any return depends on the conditions described below.

Mystery boxes and fully unmanifested pallets are sold under “general category” descriptions only. Their contents are not specifically guaranteed, and they are considered limited-return items. We will still review claims for the wrong shipment or significant freight damage on these orders, but disappointment with the contents is not a basis for return.
When an approved return reaches us, our team inspects the freight to confirm the issue and the condition. We will email you with an approval or denial, generally within a few business days of receiving the return.

We choose the resolution based on the situation and inventory availability. There is no automatic right to either remedy.
Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 10 business days after we complete the inspection. The funds go back to the original payment method. Depending on the payment service and your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
If the return is due to our error. Wrong pallet, damaged shipment, major discrepancy. We cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping charges are not refundable in either case. For valuable returns, we recommend trackable shipping and shipping insurance to protect you in transit.
If you want to exchange a pallet for a different one, contact us before shipping anything back. We will walk you through the steps and tell you whether the exchange is feasible based on inventory.
An order can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided we have not yet processed or shipped it. After processing or shipment begins, cancellation may no longer be possible. At that point you would be in standard return territory if anything is wrong on arrival.
Use the return address provided by our support team when your return is approved. Do not ship items directly to manufacturers or to the address listed in our footer. Only items sent to the correct returns address will be processed.
Certain products may have additional return restrictions, which are spelled out on the product page where they apply. Where the product page conflicts with this general policy, the product page controls for that specific item.
