SaveMore Liquidations LLC sells liquidation freight. Customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, and mixed or unmanifested loads. Because of how these goods are sourced, they carry inherent variability in condition, brand mix, and resale potential. This page describes the limited warranty that applies to your purchase and what falls outside its scope.
What This Warranty Covers
Our warranty is narrow and exists to protect you against legitimate shipping or fulfillment errors. We will honor a claim when one of the following occurs:
You receive a pallet other than the one you ordered.
The shipment arrives with significant freight damage that materially affects the load.
There is a substantial mismatch between the product description and the goods delivered.
That is the full scope. The warranty is intentionally limited because liquidation goods are sold “as is”. Paying customers in this industry already understand what that means.
Claim Window
All warranty claims must be opened within 48 hours of delivery. This window aligns with our Returns & Refund Policy and is set by the realities of freight shipping: after 48 hours, it becomes effectively impossible to verify the shipment’s condition at the moment of delivery, which is the only point that matters for any claim involving carrier-handled freight.
What You Need to Submit
To open a warranty claim:
Keep the pallet unused and substantially intact. Do not break it down, sort through it, or resell items before the claim is resolved.
Take clear, well-lit photos showing the shipment from multiple angles, including any damage and any discrepancy between what you ordered and what arrived.
If possible, take video at the moment of delivery. When the carrier offloads the pallet. Covering the condition of the freight on the truck and the wrap before you cut it.
Write a clear description of the issue: what you ordered, what you received, what is wrong.
Claims that do not meet these requirements may be denied. We are not being difficult about it. These are simply the only conditions under which a freight claim has any chance of being resolved fairly.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
Disappointment with the items in your pallet, the brand mix, or perceived resale value.
Variation in product condition (some items work, some do not. That is the model).
Normal wear, untested electronics, opened packaging, or returns from end consumers.
Expectations about specific brands, specific quantities, or how much profit you should make.
All pallets are sold with these realities baked into the price. Buying a pallet means accepting them.
Resolutions
When a claim is approved, we will provide one of two resolutions, chosen based on the situation:
a replacement pallet matching the original purchase, or
a full refund to the original payment method.
Each approved claim is evaluated individually. There is no automatic right to either remedy.
How This Fits With Our Other Policies
This warranty operates in conjunction with our Returns & Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy. The 48-hour reporting requirement, claim documentation standards, and resolution process are consistent across all three documents. Read them together; they are designed to function as one set.
